We work only with carefully selected international suppliers. Regarding international shipments, we operate as follows:
1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PRODUCTS
1.1. PURCHASE POLICY
All products available at Unique & Co are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the address provided at checkout. The average delivery time is 6 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation, and the delivery time starts counting from that moment.
We provide a tracking code so that you can monitor the progress of your order at any time.
Note: In some cases, delivery times may be extended due to delays, strikes, holidays, or periods of high demand, which are beyond our control.
Deliveries are carried out by international courier services. We are not responsible for any delays caused by external factors or operational issues from the shipping companies.
In areas with restricted delivery access, products may need to be collected from a local post office or delivery point.
We guarantee delivery of your order. In the event of loss or misdelivery, you will be refunded the full amount paid. All packages are insured against loss and include free online tracking.
If your order is not delivered within 60 business days from the shipping date, you will receive a 100% refund, and you may keep the product if it arrives later.
Note: You may receive multiple packages if you ordered more than one product, as they may come from different suppliers. If you receive one item and another a few days later, don’t worry — that is completely normal.
1.2. ORDER TRACKING
Products are shipped with international tracking. Once your tracking code is generated, it will be sent via email along with instructions on how to track your order.
The tracking code will be provided within 5 business days of purchase. All updates will be communicated by email.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
2.1. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
We ship to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check all shipping information to avoid any issues with delivery.
2.2. ABSENT RECIPIENT
Please ensure someone will be available to receive your package. If delivery fails, the package will be held at a local delivery point for up to 7 calendar days for pickup.
If not collected in time, the parcel will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for resending.
2.3. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If a package is returned due to address issues, no refund will be issued. A new shipping fee will be charged to resend the order.
2.4. IMPORT TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES
All imported goods may be subject to customs duties or postal fees. As an e-commerce platform, we do not cover these charges. Any taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Our team is available to help you with customs documentation if needed, and we will assist in reducing fees when possible.
2.5. UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If there is any issue with delivery and the product is not received, the customer has up to 2 months after purchase to request a refund or reshipment. Be sure to monitor your tracking code sent by email.
2.6. FREE SHIPPING CONDITIONS
We offer free shipping to select regions to ensure the best deals and competitive pricing for our customers.
