Return Policy

Order Cancellation / Change of Mind
If you placed your order through our website and received the product in perfect condition but still wish to return it, you may request a cancellation via email within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Important: The right of withdrawal applies only within 7 days from delivery and does not allow for testing or use of the product.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned via your local postal service to the return address provided by our support team.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and include all manuals and documentation.
  • A copy of the purchase receipt must be included.
  • The item must be unused and in perfect condition.

Note: Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Refund Process:
- Credit card: Refunds may appear within up to 2 billing cycles.
- Refunds are only processed after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return conditions.

Important: You must notify our support team before returning any item. Include a note inside the package explaining the reason for return. Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

Note for fashion items:
We do not exchange items based on size or model preference. We provide size charts with measurements in centimeters to help you choose correctly. According to European consumer protection law, exchanges are only mandatory in cases of defective products.

Defective Products:
Products sold by Unique & Co include a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.

To request an inspection:

  • Send the product to the return address on the label.
  • Include the original packaging.
  • Attach the purchase receipt.
  • Include a written explanation describing the defect and how the product was used.

Items that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted and will be returned.

Inspection Timeframe: Up to 15 business days from receipt of the product.

If the defect is confirmed:
- The product will be replaced free of charge.
- If the same item is unavailable, the customer may choose another product of equal value.

If the new item selected is more expensive, the customer must pay the difference. If it’s cheaper, we will refund the difference.

If the claim is rejected:
The item will be returned with a report explaining the reason, such as:

  • No defect found
  • Signs of misuse or damage
  • Wear from normal use
  • Improper care or cleaning

Automatic Order Cancellation:
Orders may be automatically cancelled by Unique & Co if:

  • Payment is unsuccessful
  • Order information is incomplete or incorrect
  • Item is out of stock

Refunds for Cancellations:
If we are unable to deliver due to an invalid or inaccessible address, we will refund the product value only (excluding shipping).

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will refund the full amount using the original payment method. Customers will be informed of such cases.
