At Unique & Co, your satisfaction is our priority. If you received a product that is not what you expected or arrived with a defect, we guarantee your right to an exchange or full refund under the following conditions:
Defective Product: You may request an exchange or refund within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

Step 2: Once our team receives the item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the conditions for return or exchange. If approved, you will be offered two options:

We are committed to your satisfaction. If the item is defective, email us to arrange an exchange. Make sure the product meets the return conditions listed above.
3 – Will I have to pay for the exchange?
It depends on the reason. If the product is defective, we cover all return costs. If the exchange is due to customer preference (e.g., different color), the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
4 – How long does it take to receive the exchanged item?
After we receive your return, we treat it like a new order. Delivery time is typically 7 to 20 business days. A new tracking code will be sent to you.
5 – I missed the 7-day return window. Can I still exchange?
Unfortunately, no. Exchanges are only allowed within 7 days of delivery. We advise customers to check their items immediately upon arrival.
6 – I want to exchange my item for a different product. Is that possible?
Yes, if your original purchase qualifies for exchange. Let us know your new selection (product, size, color). If the new item is more expensive, we will send you a payment request. If it's cheaper, you’ll receive a refund of the difference.
7 – I changed my address. Can I update it for the exchange?
Yes, but only if you inform us at the time of the exchange request. Please provide your updated address when contacting support.
Important: Refunds are only issued after we receive and inspect the returned product. Items showing signs of use are not eligible.
